เทศกาลพิลึกลั่น แถลงการณ์สะท้านโลก อุบัติขึ้นอีกครั้ง ด้วยศิลปการณ์พิเศษ

ในประเทศที่เทคโนโลยีถูกใช้อย่างไร้สาระและปัญหาสังคมในหลากมิติถูกบิดเบือน

หลอกลวง ซ่อนเร้นอย่างไร้สาระพอๆ กัน ความไร้สาระเหล่านี้จะถูกนำเสนอ

โดยศิลปินและนักออกแบบเพื่อสร้างเป็นปฐมบทสำหรับนักปฏิวัติวัฒนธรรมสื่อศิลปะ

ความคิดขบถ ความคิดแนว ความคิดวิ้ง วิ้ง ทั้งซีเรียส และหน่อมแน้ม ทั้งมีประโยชน์

และไร้ประโยชน์ ทั้งมีตัวตนและไร้ตัวตน ทั้งน่าสนใจและทั้งน่ารังเกียจจะถูกสำแดงร่วมกัน

ด้วยความรักและคิดถึงในหลากรูปแบบ ผ่านศิลปะ งานออกแบบ และสื่อสารสนเทศ

นิทรรศการป่วยคลั่งจะแพร่ระบาด อีกครั้ง กลางใจนครเชียงใหม่

A grotesque festival and an eccentric manifesto again will be introduced

through a unique art scene in the country where technologies are used

senselessly; and social truths are canningly twisted, deceived, and concealed.

The non-sensencial will be revealed by artists and designers to create the

prologue for revolutionary media art based culturalists. The radical and H.I.P

versus the murky-shiny-fooly-brillian ideas; the serious versus the absurd

ideas; the beneficial versus the unfavorable ideas; the visible versus the

invisible ideas; and the stunning versus the disgusting ideas will be all

demonstrated with love, care and pondering about through arts, design,

and information media.

The opening of MAD epidemic festival again will take place at locations

in the inner heart of Chiang Mai City
